- Headspace – Want to get better mental strength and fuller focus? Headspace is another great app that encourages you to find just 10 minutes a day to clear your thoughts with short meditations. Find out more on the Headspace website.
- 7 Minute Workout – Stop finding excuses for not working out! Okay, okay we know it’s hard (especially in these darker nights). This 7 minute workout mobile app is very effective and allows you to cram in short workouts that really make you feel great!
- Future Learn – If your goal this year is based around personal development, there are hundreds of free courses, literally in every subject you could possibly imagine. Courses can range from 2 – 8 weeks and the website helps to track your progress. There is a great community vibe about the platform and certificates are also available on completion of your course.
